As an Accountant I have to open up so many bank statements my favorite knife is a old, old, old Rich Herder (Solingen) Barlow I picked up at the Dallas, TX gun show for $20 bucks. My favorite knife has to be my Buck 110 that I bought in 1975 and have carried off and on for the past 49 years It has been with me hiking, hunting, fishing and working throughout that time. It is well made and obviously stands up to constant and hard work. As long as you treat it well it won't let you down.

I look forward to every video you make. I have collected knives since I was a teenager with my dad searching for tools and knives. My favorite knife is my Gerber Gator model 650 folder . I've had it for several decades now and always have it with me either on my belt and or my pocket I even still have the original cloth sheath that it came with. I am 63 years old now and still get excited watching you open up the packages that you receive, it's like Christmas everyday❤

Sir, I think it's amazing how you bring new life to some of these old knives to be enjoyed as someone's companion once again. Since I was a young man I've always carried multiple types of blades from box cutters to multi tools. I would never be able to count how many times they were needed by me or someone else. All of them at the time were my favorite. My current favorite is a Victronox because of it's multiple uses. It's amazing how you are being used by fate to bring someone a needed companion.

My favorite knife is a medium stockman. A medium knife is not to big and not too small. I like the stockman because it is a 3 blade knife and when it’s closed I love its form and design. The way the sheep foot blade rides high above the others is just plain cool to me! KD you are a fine man. You are kind and compassionate to fix a knife to give to that man. Hello Kevin, such great knives. That was very nice sending the Barlow to him. You are very kind. It's hard to say what is my favorite knife but if I had to choose it would be my very first knife that I ever got. It's an Imperial Kamp King made between 56-88 and it's my favorite because my grandma gave it to me when I was 7 years old. She taught me how to use a knife and that remains a memory I will always have of her. While it's a cheaper knife I still have it and it's sharp when in use. Have a great week.

Hey Doc, another good video. Sending the Barlow to the gentleman in Nova Scotia was very kind of you. You are a good man. My favorite knife is my first one, a Spyderco Endura gifted to me by my wife 25 years ago for Christmas. I've carried it with me every day since except when traveling by plane somewhere. I actually went to a NU Yankees game and realized i hadn't left it in my car so rather than have it confiscated i went out a park across the street and buried it next to a tree there and returned it when leaving the game. I have several folders, my favorite right now is the Buck 722, however, my all time favorite style is a Barlow. I bought one as a kid when they had them strapped on a cardboard advertisement board above the counter of our old country store. I remember those days of Hav-A-Hank handkerchiefs, fishing lure for cane poles, men’s combs and prison made wallets all on these cardboard displays with the company name on them. Kevin, I would have to say the Camillus lock that I had since the 1980s. It looks very similar to the Buck 110 and has proven to be a durable and versatile tool. I would rate it as one the top 10 knives I ever had the pleasure of owning and using. Great videos. I enjoy the content. I am a 20 year Veteran and still have my original field bayonet and scabbard. I searched Google and found that SMKW had some new Queen USA made stag handled Barlows in stock, so I bought one. Wonderful carbon steel blades. A couple of years ago I sent it back to the Buck factory and they replaces the blade and cleaned it up like new. That is why it is my favorite knife. Good morning Doc. I Enjoyed the video . My favorite knife is one I purchased back in the mid 90's , when I was just a young pup. It's a Wenger -Mountaineer with a locking-blade. It a Swiss Army type knife with a locking blade, wood saw and basic tools. I use it all the time. It comes in handy when camping and such. Keep the videos coming!

My favourite knife is a Camillus scout knife that I got from my dad when we lived in the US and I was in the boy scouts. It has navy blue scales and it had the cub scout logo etched on the blade but it’s barely visible now. I got it back in -94 and have carried and used it a whole lot over the years. It’s the knife I used when my granddad taught me how to carve a whistle out of a rowan branch. And it’s the knife I used when I taught my niece the same and told her the story of my granddad passing this skill along. I love that knife

First off I must say that I had chills when you started reading that letter! God sure does work in mysterious ways in my personal opinion! This is by far, the best channel on KZbin! My favourite knife is actually a multitool, a leatherman surge. The reason it’s my favourite is because my dad who is no longer with us bought it for me about 18 years ago. I do own several modern folders and never really got the traditional knife bug, until that is discovering your channel. Now I own a beautiful case medium stockman with a copperlock on the way. A Schrade Waldon Trapper from about 1958-1960 was my first real knife when I was 12 years old I bought it used from a man I worked with on my first job at a grocery store where I sacked groceries, it has yellow handles and because it was my first good quality knife I have always considered it my favorite, the trapper style knife as a result has always been my favorite style of knife. The second is probably a Stockman as a yellow handled Schrade Waldon was my second real knife. I purchased several Imperials from the local Ben Franklin store before that but none made me as happy and proud as that Trapper, I paid $5.00 used for that knife. That trapper is still with me and has been now since 1960 I am 75 years old now and soon will be 76 in about 2 1/2 months. That Schrade is only one of several trappers I own today, I enjoy your show Kevin and wish you many years of rescuing old knives, thanks so much for your service.

My favorite knife would have to be my Case trapper in Kentucky Bluegrass bone with the brass script shield. Was my first Case from my dad one Christmas years ago. It's the knife I always come back to even with my large collection of knives of various brands and patterns. It is very special to me with alot of fond memories of when my family would drive to stay with our extended family in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky.

Kevin, great video as always! It is wonderful how things seem to fall into place at just the right time! My favorite knife is my old timer middleman, until I started watching you channel it was just my old timer but now I know how to look up the proper name. I got it right after I checked onto my first ship back in 1992. This knife and I have sailed all the way around the world together. I have nicer knives, but this is the one that finds its way to my pocket on a daily basis.

Id say my favorite knife is probably a KA-BAR MK2 pattern knife. I know its a fixed blade but its large, makes a good utility and a fighting knife, and it has alot of history! Pocket knife wise id say my buck 110. Like the Ka-Bar, its built like a tank! Love your videos!

My favorite knife is the Case 245 Sodbuster. That thing has gone with me ever since I first got it in Texas. Its a good solid knife that's reliable, good looking, simple, and sharpe. When it comes to a knife, I couldn't ask for more. Great video brotha. Semper Fi.

I brought a Buck Ranger 112 back in 73 when I served on USS Camden. I still have the knife and pouch. I would say this is my favorite as it brings back memories, lost at times,over the years. I enjoy your repairs and caring attitude. Thanks for your service Kevin.
