Quick update on wearing Masks in Tenerife... Basically the Canary Islands government and the Baleric Islands governments have “overruled” and bypassed the new rules put in place by Spain. This week we had an update to say you now need to wear a mask at the beach and around the pool - this was all across Spain. This afternoon, there has been some clarification that this DOES NOT apply in Tenerife if you are sat around the pool or sat at the beach... You should wear one when walking to the beach, to and from the pool etc - which was the case anyways.

Great vlog guys! Great to see the walk along. Definitely quieter the further away you head from Los Cris but I suppose once you hit Fanabe & Adeje it’s more hotels so probably less tourists. Great to see all the familiar haunts but so sad to see so many closed. Really enjoyed today’s vlog.

Love that walk! Me and my hubby always stay at the Adeje Gran in December for a couple of weeks and when it’s cloudy, rather than go to the beach, we catch the bus down to Los Cris and then walk back...the very same walk! Keeping my fingers crossed for a December break this year. Last December was the first year we’ve missed in about 15 years! 🤞

Comodoro Los cristianos to papagayo beach club is 5.2 miles return walking. Done that many times early morning before shops open.

Hi both, that was an excellent vlog, it certainly showed which were the busier resorts. I stay at Los Americas and do the walk to Los Cristianos daily, in normal times that stretch would be full with the hustle and bustle of tourists. Unfortunately I can't see mass tourism coming back to Tenerife until next year, the situation in Europe doesn't bode well. I hope I'm wrong and that we can all return to Tenerife sooner🤞😎!! Also, after that epic walk I think you both earned a long cool drink....🍹🍺!! Cheers.
