Really nice collection Dan. The third Home Alone isn't terrible but it's not as great as the First 2 Home Alones. The First 2 Home Alones are My Favorite in the franchise.

I have home alone 1 and 2 on VHS. I'm hoping to get the 25th anniversary edition Blu-ray DVD digital code combo pack, and the 3rd home alone movie on VHS as soon as I can, even though I'm taking a break from buying movies for the holiday season.

I have only watched 1, 2 and 3, but just wondering though, why is everyone saying 4 and 5 are bad?

I think it just has to do with repetition. There really was no purpose to create more sequels to the series, but it seemed like it was done just to make money or "recapture the magic that the original film gave." That's at least how I view it.

I confess that I've never watched any Home Alone movie, but the first and second a lot of people like it and the third, fourth and fifth movie a lot of people hate. (I even understand why)
