May be going forward as a nation we must task every religious body to at least build a school or hospital or clinic or industry within their jurisdiction as part of their social corporate responsibility. If they want to manage them 70% for them and 30% for government if they give to government to manage then 90% for government and 10% for them or 70% gov and 30% for church. It must be a convention for all religious bodies and probably other private sector bodies
