For anyone who wanted to know how many years it would take for Osana's hair to get that long, I did the math by taking the average height of a female Japanese high schooler (approximating that her hair is about 3/4 her body height) and the average amount of inches hair grows in a year, and it would take a little over 7 years for her hair to get that long. So she'd have to have been growing it out since she was about 10 years old. Freaking long time.

Interesting. I'll try it myself (since I have the demo) and edit this comment with the results. Answer: I can't actually get an answer. When I kidnap Osana but don't kill her, the game counts her as alive, but can't show up because she's in Ayano's basement. When the "confession" cutscene happens, it has the pre-dialogue saying it's about to happen, but it's just an infinite black screen, as the game glitches and doesn't know what to do. However, this result is in the September 2nd build. I'll download the most recent build and try again. This time, I'll update in a separate reply.
