This time the anchor Siddhant has done good discussion & raises good questions and Kashmiri people have given theirs thaught whether you like it or not. Some genuine questions raised by the person to convert to State from UT, unemployment etc. But these people themselves knows that removal of article 370 actually done good for them though they will not say on camera. I think it's a peace comes to J&K, hence people speaking from heart freely. They all stand their voices in favour of mainland India but they feels they are not getting same treatment as people of as others States are getting which I think their judgemental views. India has changed and J&K definitely will be going to changed their mindsets in coming days soon.

@@AbdulMajid-rh3pl I am a Kashmiri pandit. Kashmiri pandits left Kashmir because of violence in Kashmir. Militants in Kashmir targetted Kashmiri pandits explicitly killing important KPs. There were mobs all over Kashmir calling for the removal of KPs. All KMs aren't responsible for it and a lot of the prominent liberal KMs did face the same action from militants. putting the blame on Jagmohan for the ethnic cleansing of KPs from the valley is exactly the reason KPs don't trust KMs. How would you like it if we said there was no violence against KMs by the army? That is exactly how we see it when you make an absurd statement as you give above. The first step in reconciliation is to accept the violence and accounts of violence experienced by other communities.

कुछ उत्तर पूर्वी राज्य हैं जहां पर जमीन नहीं खरीद सकते वो इस वजह से है क्योंकि वह जनजातीय क्षेत्र है और उनके सरक्षण के लिए ऐसे प्रावधान हैं लेकिन कश्मीर में किसका सरक्षण करना है न वो जनजातीय क्षेत्र है न कोई ऐसा पर्यावरण है जिसका सरक्षण करे वहां हिंदुस्तान अपने जवानों को खो रहा है बिना कुछ पाए बिना उनकी सुरक्षा के लिए और लोग चाह रहे हैं की वो विशेष राज्य बने रहे और देश को नुकसान झेलने दें। अब ये न कहना की कश्मीर को सरक्षण इसलिए चाहिए क्योंकि वो मुस्लिम बहुल्य छेत्र है, क्योंकि मुस्लिम तो उ प्र, बिहार, गुजरात,राजस्थान,हैदराबाद,छत्तीसगढ़ और जम्मू कश्मीर की तरह केंद्र शासित राज्य लक्षद्वीप मैं भी हैं जिन्हें कोई दिक्कत नहीं है और न ही कोई विशेष प्रावधान मांगते जबकि मांग सकते हैं क्योंकि उनका पर्यावरण खास है जिसे सरक्षण की जरूरत है। और 370 सहमति से लागू हुई थी कोई पत्थर की लखीर नहीं थी और उसमे ये भी कानून था कि सहमति से हटाई भी जा सकती है और वो काम कानूनी तरीके से संपन्न हुआ था जिसका समर्थन लद्दाख और जम्मू क्षेत्र मैं खुल के हुआ था जैसे उसे लागू करते समय हुआ था और ये कोई गैर कानूनी प्रक्रिया नहीं थी क्योंकि न्यायलय अपना पक्ष दे चुका है, और न्यायालय से बड़ा यहां कोई नहीं है और उसकी बात माननी पड़ती है चाहें वो आपके पक्ष में हो या विपक्ष में (और इस्लाम या अल्लाह को दूर रखना इससे क्योंकि जमीन पर न्याय न्यायालय ही करेगा। ये बात सब पर लागू होती है सिर्फ आपके लिए नहीं है) और अब ये न कहना की वो बीजेपी से मिला हुआ था क्योंकि न्यायाधीश को केंद्र सरकार नहीं चुनती है और उन्होंने बहुत से फैंसले बीजेपी के खिलाफ भी दिए हैं क्योंकि उन्होंने गलती करी थी।

Kashmir belongs to Kashmiri (gilgit BALTISTAN SHAYKSGAM valley Aksai chin Demchok Ladakh mirpur muzaffarabad K2 Siachen Jammu and Srinagar or valley) not outsiders or oppressors or Deceivers or neighbouring countries. Kashmiri exists so Kashmir belongs to kashmiri people not outsiders....

Then why you go different parts of India for Education/Job/business/purchasing land etc.....also you should not extend help for Indian help. You should not accept Indian facilities...Free Ration/Gold Card/Kissan fund/ free gas/old age/widow pension/IIM/IIT/2 AIIMS ....yeh sabh aapko nehi accept krna chahyee....Khao Piyoo India ka aur chahyee Azadi....aree bhai Azaadi k lyee India ka paisa Boycott kyun nehi krtee hoo...kuuch dimag hai aapkee pass...Jai Hind

If Kashmir belongs to Kashmiris then it should have defended itself on its own when Pakistan invaded it in 1947. Why ask India for help. Why India should risk Indian lives to save you since the Kashmir belongs to You alone. Why Indian blood should have been shed to protect Kashmir? Since Indian Army defended you and Kashmir acceeded to India Kashmir belongs to India. Plain and clear. Looks like an average Kashmiri lacks brains to decide between right and wrong or just from unjust. Go get some moral education first and then talk to people.
