For me what stands out in this video is that of sauravs attitude towards the family when they asked where he is from He did not try to explain about himself despite being the most famous person in India on KZbin news.for me.. I belive he is one of the very very few knowledgeable journalists in current scenario. I m from Varanasi. I worked in L&T vadodara. U can't imagine, I eat daily 2 plates poha from uma chokdi for 4 years. I left vadodara and visited many places but never found uniq taste of poha and Sev usal like vadodara.

The Vadodara's most famous dish is Sevsal, and Famous Name is "महाकाली सेवसल". Proprietor is Mr.Sane. ( more than 10 franchise outlet in Vadodara only.)

सौरवजी ,जिस व्यंजन को महाराष्ट्र में "मिसळ" कहते हैं, जो मटकी कि करी (moth bean and sprouts curry)और पांव का कॉम्बिनेशन है. वहीं सेम डिश को गुजरात में शेव उसळ कहते हैं. और जो "उसळ" शब्द भी हैं ,वह भी मराठी ही हैं.जिसका मुलअर्थ हैं,"mixture of sprouts and moth beans ".👌🙏
