There should be no night duty for female doctors.The duty of female doctors should be from 9 a.m to 5 p.m and in no circumstances beyond 9.p.m. There must be .c c t.v cameras in and outside of hospitals. There must be women helpline mumbers. No one should be alliwed to enter into hospital without his/her personal search. No trainee female doctor be attached with a senior male doctor..special training must be imparted to girls as to how to tackle a given situation. There must be women cells with whoms the girls could discuss their problems.

please lets not go silent after a while about this case. As a women- on behalf of all Indian women- I am so so so so tired and helpless . How many more of my sisters will have to go through this? If she survives , she will relive each moment of the r*ape for the rest of her life because it's deep emotional wound, and she'll be shamed by the society. If she is k*lled, her right to live is taken away and an innocent life is taken, along with the pain her family will have to live through. We want justice, and we want proper and solid changes in the legal system of this country. No point of celebrating Navratri if you cant even take care of the women of your country. Shame on India's system. Its a joke on the name of a system.

The alleged perp arrested may not have been present during the crime also. It’s stinks like a cover up. It is state sponsored rape that happened, which means harass common man, then terrify & terrorize him/her & then if need be encounter him/her. In state sponsored rape common person is hopeless & will not get justice instead he will be ridiculed by state machinery. The rape may have been done by some influential interns present during night shift.
