The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Wednesday cancelled the provisional candidature of controversial trainee IAS officer Puja Khedkar and barred her permanently from appearing in all future exams conducted by the commission, officials said. Puja Khedkar is accused of misusing the disability and Other Backward Class (non-creamy layer) quotas to secure her candidature in the civil services exam. Watch the video to know about it.

She didn't take disability from aiims. She took from private and upsc accepted it 😂 . That's why upsc is not doing action on certifiers. Because, if they act on certifiers, then certifier will say I am private and I did but why you accepted going out of rule. That will being UPSC top officials onto the court

Actually, it was revealed by one senior IAS officer on MOJO story that AIMS issued her disability certificate, and the disability was changed to hearing. According to one newspaper, her lawyer also mentioned in today's court that AIMS issued 47% disability certificate. Don't know why media is not doing investigation journalism?

It says that UPSC has checked other candidates regarding number of attempts not regarding fake caste/pwd certificates. This would mean that others might have used fake certificates( just not to give extra attempts.)

Yes, I agree that just saying that no one has done anything wrong since 2009 isn't sufficient. Government should provide full data. 3. Without making a joint parliamentary committee(JPC) to conduct inquiry of wrongdoing, truth can not be unearthed, therefore, JPC is the need of the hour. 4. Action should also be initiated against all those UPSC officials who failed to find her bogus actions or were they also involved with her for obvious reasons. 5. UPSC should strengthen its scrutiny of papers submitted by the candidates. 6. Because of her foolishness and overconfidence Pooja Khedkar exposed herself and lost her job, otherwise, UPSC had already selected her to be an IAS officer, therefore, role of the UPSC in selecting candidates fairly suspicious. 7. If such things are happening in the UPSC then it is beyond our imagination to think of state PSC.
