The authors of the book pay special attention to the founder-chief of R&AW Rameshwar Nath Kao. A small trivia that I discovered while I was doing my thesis ( I wish I have had heard this talk back then ) : Anthony Mascarenhas, a Pakistan based journalist published a detailed article on the brutality of Pak Army targeting Bengali people to suppress the revolution. He was well aware of the outcomes as a result he made sure thatthe article gets published only when his family and he is shifted to London. It was published in The Sunday Times of London on Jun 13, 1971 showing the naked dance of brutality that Pak Army was playing in media restricted areas of Eastern Bangladesh on post 25th march revolution. Mascarenhas said that; “This is capital Genocide conducted with amazing casualness.” He gave a vivid firsthand experience of what was happening in Eastern Bengal. Even the then Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi accepted that this article battered her and left no other option but to participate actively against this inhuman act.

@@anoosha2 ordered kindel version really great work ... I strongly suggest to make web series. Let the world know about this unsung hero. Till now I use to think only KGB, CIA and MOSAD do spy missions and Even ISI is better than indian intelligence because not much is written about RAW, but this book is changing my view. I think Bollywood did not want to put efforts in to research such topics and show people whats happening on out borders or investigations that goes bhind before actual action taken .
