Anything this guy going on saying. Ive read his book 'sapiens'. He smartly ignored India's ancient history and its facts. The oldest physical copy of Mahabharata is kept in BORI institute of pune. Its around 1600 years old. That means definitely Mahabharata's story was circulated before that. Now Mahabharata states many other things like mystical Rakshasas, vimanas, architecture and many more. Apart from this, its an astronomical study material for the people who think that people of those times were not civilized. Ok so if he wants to say, that this is just a story, so atleast you have to agree that people of those times knew how to observe and study astronomy. I mean, what kind of human study he has done ignoring these facts or logic. Please do not believe such craps, everyone wants to run their own agenda and its all about money. Use your own mind and logic, you are a human yourself, the only difference is. He is famous.
