Italian Marines Case में India का Italy को International Court में हराने का दावा कितना सही?

International Tribunal finally gave order to India and Italy in Italians Marines case. Two Italian special corps Marines, Massimiliano Latorre and Salvatore Girone killed two fishermans from Kerala. Incident took place at the International Waters but SZZ to Indian Coast Gaurd. Now International Tribunal says India can claim compansation. On 2 July 2020, the Permanent Court of Arbitration recognized the functional immunity of the two Italian marines, noting that they were engaged in a mission on behalf of the Italian Government, and thus ruled that the process continue in Italy.

In such cases where violence is not defined with absolute motivation and caused by ignorance, compensation can only be the solution to the family of person who died in such cases. But that should be fast.

I have followed this case in detail. I am curious to know what documentary evidence was offered by our authorities to establish that the Italian ship had indeed entered the Indian Waters. I feel this information is essential to explain the circumstances under which the Indian vessel was found so close to Italian ship . After all , it is this proximity of the Indian vessel that provoked reaction from those Marines.
