जी हम जातिगत आरक्षण के विरुद्ध हैं। हमारे संविधान के मुताबिक सबको बराबर के अवसर मिलने चाहिएं और यदि नहीं मिल पाते तो उसके लिए सरकार जिम्मेदार है। और रही बात किसी पद या नौकरी की तो उसमे किसी जाती को देखने के बजाय उसके काबिलियत को देखा जाना चाहिए, SC, ST, OBc या जनरल वर्ग, प्रधानमंत्री किसी भी समुदाय से हो लेकिन ज्यादा जरुरी है की वो प्रधानमंत्री पद के काबिल हो… अगर कोई व्यक्ति उस पद के काबिल नही है तो जाति के आधार पर उसे वो पद दिया जाना महा मुर्खता है, और हम इसी के विरोधी है…

सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला सराहनीय है, इस से कोई इस धारा का गलत उपयोग नहीं कर सकेगा। पर इस बात पर हमें ध्यान देना चाहिए किसी दलित के साथ कोई नाइंसाफी ना हो। दलित भी समाज का हिस्सा हैं और समाज को एक जुट रखने के लिए सबकी भागदारी होनी चाहिए।

Aditya Singh आईये आरक्षण खत्म करते हैं. 1 - शंकराचार्य की कुर्सी पर ब्रह्मण का आरक्षण है, उसे खत्म करें. 2 - आर.एस.एस. प्रमुख अभी तक कोई महिला नहीं बनी, पाँच साल किसी दलित या पिछडी महिला को मोका देकर वहाँ भी आरक्षण खत्म करें. 3 - काशी, सोमनाथ आदि मन्दिरों में भंगी चमारों से एक वर्ष पूजा करवाकर वहाँ भी आरक्षण खत्म करें. 4 - सफाई का काम अभी तक भंगी ही करते आये हैं, किसी स्वर्ण को नौकरी देकर आरक्षण खत्म करते हैं. 5 - एक शिक्षा एक पाठ्यक्म और विद्यालय पद्धति लागू करें और सभी के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में ही पढेंगे, शिक्षा की समानता कर नौकरी में आरक्षण खत्म करेँ. 6 - शूद्रों और अतिशुद्रो ( OBC, SC, ST, NT/DNT) को 2500 वर्षों तक शिक्षा से वंचित रखा गया, स्वर्णों को सिर्फ 5 वर्ष तक शिक्षा से वंचित करें और हर जगह से आरक्षण खत्म करें. - तो आईये एक कदम हम बढाये, एक कदम आप बढाये।

There is no provision of anticipatory bail in SC/ST act. Even in rape or murder cases you get anticipatory bell on certain conditions from destrict magistrate. More than 95% cases of SC/ST act were false . Also this act clearly void Article 14 "Equality Before Law" of constitution. This law is nothing but political tool for parties to appease SC/ST as we saw previous amendments in this act. If you remember Maratha March in Maharashtra in 2016, were they protested for reservation and changes in SC/ST act.

Mahendra YADAV आप शायद सरकारी ऑफिस में नही देखे हो। कोई भी सरकारी कर्मचारी अगर किसी गलत काम मे फस गया है और उसपर कोई कानूनी करवाई किया तो SC/ST के अंदर उत्पीड़न का केश डालता है और सही आदमी बिना गलती के सजा पाता है। दूसरी बात अगर रिजर्वेशन का सही फायदा पहुचना है तो जिस फॅमिली में कोई एक आदमी को सरकारी नौकरी मिल गयी उसको वापस resrvation नही मिलेगा ताकि किसी और परिवार लाभ उढ़ाकर आगे बढ़े। लेकिन आज कल रेसर्वशन एक गड्ढा मतो का राजनीतिक हथियार बन गया है। देश मे रेसर्वशन चाहिए लेकिन उसपर भी सुधार करो ताकि सही आदमी को मिले

Manoranjan Singh सहमत हैं आपकी बात से अगर एक घर में रिजर्वेशन से किसी को नौकरी मिली है तो तो उसे दोबारा मत दो पर उससे है छुआछुत खत्म हो जायेगा अत्याचार बंद हो जायेगा सबसे पहले जो जातिया बनायीं ह वो बंद हो। रेसर्वशन खुद समाप्त हो जायेगा। और रही बात बात sc st act का गलत इस्तेमाल करने का तो यह बताइये ऐसा कौन सा कानून है जिसका मिसयूज नही होता है हर काननों का होता ह गलत इस्तेमाल फिर इसका मतलब नही है उसे समाप्त कर दो बेगुनाह को सजा होतो है तो पर जो गुनहगार हो वो भी तो बच निकालता ह इससे। बैंको को चोरी हो रही है तो इसका मतलंब यह नही है की बैंक ही बंद क्र दी जाये।। क्या आप इंटरकास्ट मैरिज से सहमत हो। पहले इन मुद्दों पर चर्चा करे किसी sc st भाई को रिजर्वेशन छोड़ने म कोई दिक्कत नही आएगी फ़िर।
