If i am not wrong ex CJI Hon'ble Dr DY chandrachud has said the representation of Females quite low in Higher judiciary and the decision of termination of female civil judges by High court shows the prejudice , even the miscarriage has provision of leave to the female employees in private and government sector as per Labour Law to let her cope up with the adverse situation and this kind of behaviour atleast not expected from Judiciary need to be empathetic and humane in these matters .
