सब का मतलब ये समझ आया कि जी जान लगा के मेहनत कर के और दिन रात एक कर के UPSC clear करके IAS बनने से कहीं बेहतर है नेता बनना। काश system ऐसा होता कि नेता बनने के लिए UPSC से कठिन परीक्षा पास करना आवश्यक होता, तब दिन रात मेहनत कर UPSC (या अन्य कोई परीक्षा) पास किए एक अफसर को एक नेता की सर झुका कर सुननी न पड़ती।

He is one of the worst officers who is in IAS cadre. People might like him because he is posting videos where he is showcasing himself as tough officer. But in reality, he is doing nothing to fix the issues. How many times have you seen that if there was any problem within any department or any mistake committed by any individual, and he checked for the root cause? Technically there is no provision of any training if someone joins the government job at a Clerk level or a profile where documentation is involved (and these are the people on which he showcases the power). He never ever talked about this but for view he threatened the public officers just because he has political connections and is on designation of power. Whomsoever will become an IAS or PCS officer. pls don be like him. In corporate world we call such people "toxic bosses".
