Repeats are fine but wish they did more of what they did with the yellow porsche and added different wheels from the original. Then there would be incentive to collect the repeats for us who already have them

I rarely buy Hot Wheels, but that's my exact idea for these lame ass repeats. I don't care how much I like the other car, I won't buy a 2 pack just to get it when I already have the other mothafuckin bitch ass toy car. Fuck, man.

The Cayman would have been better in silver to show the body lines, which I think a lost a bit with the dark grey.

The first time I saw the Porsche pack sneak peak, I thought the Cayman was done in dark pink (rubystone red). That would have been an epic 2-pack for paying fan service.

One thing that I have noticed about the quality of Premiums which is really bothering me: when they are printing white over a darker color the darker color will shine through the white and make it in this case look pink. I have noticed this issue on the Datsun Sunny truck and also on the Nissan Sentra from the BRE diorama. I think Hot Wheels should address this problem, by for example printing the white twice or just switching the order of painting the models. This way they look really cheap and kind off destroy the look of the whole model. If we were talking about the 1dollar basics I would be fine with that but in Europe i am paying 10 bucks for one car just to have this kind of quality which I think is unacceptable.

I think it's pretty obvious that Hot Wheels/Mattel couldn't care less about quality control. As an example, I bought two RLC Typhoons, one was fine, the other has an large and obvious chip on the B pillar. My friend also got two. The paint on both of his is chipped.

It’s weird, as much as a Porschephile as I am and as much as I know how much that Boulevard 993 GT2 goes for, I’ve got enough other colors of the GT2, including the 2016 STH, that the must have for me from this drop is the Mini Trucks, growing up in the 90s, I fell in love with the Mini Truck scene, and the card art, the liveries, the choices for both trucks…. It’s such a win!

Most LMS cars come from the factory in plain white before the customer/race team applies their livery to it, that Nardo Gray is a cool twist on that concept

That Nissan Hardbody is sporting the same colors ,and design that the "Mini Truck" casting rode in when it was a First Edition way back in 1990. Only the wheel choice is different. It would have been cool if it had the same Ultra Hots wheels, but I will still search out those two trucks set. the other two sets are nice, but nothing mind blowing.

The carbon fiber in Cayman looks out of scale and weird, they have done it better in other models. Usually some people are selling them separately and I hope top get the R8, the yellow Porsche and the Sunny.

I don't know if I should call it being disappointed or what, but I am disappointed that with all these repeats (and this isn't just limited to the models in the video but ANY repeat within the premium lineup i.e. Car Culture, F&F or Blvd.) they could've at least added number plates on models that didn't have them originally. Example - this Audi S4. I have the original Deutschland Design version, which doesn't have a plate, and you know what would've made me buy this repeat? If it had a number plate. Not a single S4 release so far has had them. I'd say the same thing about the 993 GT2 as well. A number plate would've improved it so much. I don't know why they're adamant on making otherwise cool models look so bland and boring by not giving them number plates.
