And you know, I had one of those in the sixties. Fanny and I would often go down the A1, with Fanny screaming loudly in my ear to go faster and drive it harder and harder. Sometimes Fannie’s scarf would get entangled in the wheels and choke her until she was blue, and you know what, I bloody well drove it harder and harder. Different times, different times.

Honestly for me, this and the Carice TC2 are the future of urban mobility. We need to start ditching those 2 ton SUV's and fill the city streets with electric vehicles like these. All of the materials used to build a single Tesla Model X or the new Hummer EV would almost be enough to build 4 or 5 of these. If the automotive conglomerate in Europe/US/Japan wants to compete against China in terms of adoption/acquisition of EV's, they have to go small in size and increase production volume to lower overall costs but unfortunately, they think that they can keep afloat selling their overpriced junk against China's underpriced junk. There is absolutely no excuse other than "but, but, my profit margin..." to build small, efficient and especially affordable electric cars these days. Most of the world's population lives in cities, there is no need for a vehicle that is larger than the place it drives in. It's a lot easier and cheaper for the manufacturers to make smaller cars than it is for governments to build wider roads, but it's also easier to just foot the bill upon the tax payer than it is to give it to the multi-billion Euro/Dollar/Yen auto corporations. Those have banks, lawyers, lobbyists and governments on their side, we don't.

I love it, the craftmanship is excellent. But I feel like they could have done something to change the mandatory EV hum to something else. At least the horn is correct. But you're right, a rollover hoop might not be authentic but it would look more symmetrical and purposeful.
