FULLY AGREE NICOLE NEEDS TO BE IN MASSIVE COMEDY MOVIES!!! Comedies have been lacking severely with great comedians lately we just continue to see the same exact faces doing the same exact schticks over and over let’s liven it up a little with some extremely happy yet filthy mouthed Nicole Byer…COME ON CASTING DIRECTORS AT UNIVERSAL, PARAMOUNT, SONY, LIONSGATE, WARNER BROTHERS, DISNEY/20Th Century Fox (though non-Disney titles would be better but she would be great in a Disney flick as well that smiley goofy extremely happy and slightly clueless thing just kills)…..COME ON GIVE HER A SHOT!!!! Just because not everyone knows her doesnt mean they won’t learn who she is and won’t absolutely kill a role and create buzz around your film with how funny and great she is. I mean look at Tiffany Haddish. Nobody knew her before her planned to be minor C or even D level character ended up stealing the spotlight every time she was in a scene that they completely rewrote the movie to make her a main character. And because of that a movie that would have performed just ok went on to be extremely successful and spread like wild fire due to word of mouth all because they gave Tiffany a shot. I JUST SIMPLY DONT UNDERSTAND MOVIE STUDIOS…..Not all movies but most cast the same people everyone else is casting and it ends up being a crew of about 12-24 main actors/actresses playing the same type of roles maybe switching it up the type of role they are cast in like from drama to SCI-FI/action now and again…..And then they sprinkle in a few faces from previous years rosters of 12-24 actors/actresses…..AND THEN MAYBE 1-3 PEOPLE MANAGE TO FORCE THEIR WAY INTO THAT ROSTER…and repeat. Sure sometimes unknowns get cast but it definitely isn’t very often that an unknown gets cast in one of the main films a major studio puts out and it definitely isn’t very often that an unknown is cast in a leading role. I think movies would be a lot more fun if we got more variety and got to see more people’s talent. Plus comedy and dramatic movies especially would be soooo much better that way because someone new would bring what they do to the role that nobody else does.
