Sincerely hope something comes of this. The ICC has a reputation for being almost completely ineffectual, and Israel has a reputation for doing whatever the hell they want with no regard for international law. This would do something about both in one fell swoop

you can't be serious? ICC has turned into a kenguru court with no credibility at all, and they have no jurisdiction over Israeli citizens. "Israel has a reputation for doing whatever the hell they want with no regard for international law." wtf? this is only true for anti-semites and racist jew haters. rest of the world, thats not blinded by jew hate, can easily see that not only do israel opphold international law, but they do it at a much higher standard than any other country in the world. i would strongly suggest you listen to someone like natasha hausdorff, that's one of worlds leading experts on international law, and really know what she is talking about. the problem is that many think israel is fighting a war on 7 fronts, but thats not true, because they also fighting on an 8th front, which is on the legal front against lawfare. lawfare is miss use of international law and the legal system to turn it into a weapon against israel and the jews.
