I am just about to begin an LLB and have been enjoying many of your videos in preparation. However, I am a bit confused when under "Constitutionalism" you state twice that the Government are the creators of the law. My understanding was that it was the Legislature, not the Executive, that creates the law (apart from statutory instruments and common law).
