Thought you might have ended up like my neighbor from the title of this story. He was fishing for muskie in Lake St. Clair Michigan. He was out by himself and boated a large one. He reached into the net. The fish thrashed impaling his thumb with one of the hooks on the lure. Every time he tried to reach for a tool or the radio the fish would move and so would the hook in his thumb. He said he was seeing stars a couple of times and thought he would pass out. He eventually cut the hook and made it to shore. He said when the doctor shot pain killer into his thumb it looked like a sprinkler head he had so many holes from the fish moving the hook in and out.

@TheLawlessTide OK, I had a buddy that chartered and commercial fished outa Destin. I visited my sister in Mary Ester and went out King fishing with my friend. Prettiest water I've ever seen. I live and fish off NC and your catch and things you said gave me the idea you were off NC. Enjoyed going out with you. Fish safe. Tnx.

Would really like to see you use a descending device to drop those big grouper back down to depth.
