Violation of Domestic Violence injunction Attorney Fl Statute 741 314a

Domestic Violence injunctions are easily violated. I have seen individuals that have sent a Birthday or Christmas card to someone that has an injunction/ retraining order against them and they have been charged with a crime. An injunction is not a crime but violating an injunction is a crime in the state of Florida. Injunction means you can not contact the person in any way. If you do then you will likely be charged.

I was granted an injunction in Wisconsin against my husband with an agreement of a third party person to work out visitation of kids my husband Violated that by trying to talk to me through a third-party person. My question with the agreement then that included visitation the children with that be non-valid then or voided Since he violated the restraining order
