With all the problems in the judicial system, we certainly don't need judges like this on the bench, causing more harm than good.

It's comforting to know that you would probably stand up to a judge that acts out of character this much

I agree with you 1000%. How the heck can we get a fair shake. they are people just like us. They have feelings just like us. They have emotions just like us and when that comes into play if they’re mad at us and then they’re gonna take it out on us just like the cops they’re into their feelings instead of doing what’s right and being professional that judge of those judges need to be fired from their jobs and putting in jail because if they were on the street, I guarantee you, they would not be talking to people like this

Tell it to the Supreme Court, they had the final say on penalty. JQC staff asked for removal during the trial.

Push back their schedule 1 month and stick them in general population under a false name. Let them see how "easy" it is to follow the rules of the incarceration system and also make legal arguments. No legal subscriptions, no secretaries, they can wait to use the payphone and library computer like everyone else.

There was a judge in Kentucky recently that was "dirtnapped" in his own Chambers by the local sheriff. Maybe a trend is starting....

The way these people cover for one another. Imagine knowing that man was going to judge you after that

For sure. The way they cover and lie and keep everything they can secret, it reminds me of another lucrative criminal enterprise. Imagine how many people got kangaroo pounced by this guy over the years.

The whole system needs a overhaul. Judges seem to be power tripping nowadays. I've seen it first hand here in Collier County. Bet they are Democrats also .😮

Not only do I agree I've had much worse from the judges in Monroe County. I already filed against Judge Jones for his behavior at my trial (which was broadcast on Court TV) but this guy actually allowed the prosecutors to lie to the jury in a capital case after I proved they lied... This is not only on TV but could have gotten me a life sentence. I have no faith which is why I went Pro Se but Here's part of the problem... How many lawyers watched my trial? At least a few 1000 and all attorneys are required to report misconduct to the BAR, but how many of those lawyers who watched do you think actually reported the judge or the prosecutors... I would guess none... They all say they have ethics but no, lying is perfectly acceptable in the practice and nobody reports any of the lawyers or judges, except in rare occasions.

Hoping YOU and YOURS have a HAPPY & PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR Maybe we could send judge culver a Judges contemp bench guide. Why would they not remove from the bench such a biased individual of which whom clearly is lacking self control in such a trusted position? Quality is just meeting YOUR customers requirements. I'd bet my VA check on the shoddy woekmanship

What do these two examples do to my confidence in the criminal courts (please stop calling it a justice system)? Nothing. That ship sailed for me about 30 years ago from things much more egregious than this.

Sadly, the people have *FAILED* to do their *Duty and Instruct* their public *servants.* Instead they are Bullied and SCAMMED with False Verbiage, believing LIES. One *Reading,* searching themselves, will find LACK of TRUTH in, [and poor] education, creates *Sheople.* 🔥 *READ ⇒ "A Treatise On Arrest And False Imprisonment"* 🇺🇸 by Charles A. Weisman [downloadable PDF] … → pgs [17,18,66,69,77] notes "corrupt" re: *Police Abuse via Corrupt Governments.*
