It should be regular to be a AVNRT. While using adenosine, the chaotic baseline might appear in AF, whereas it cures the AVNRT.

if you see a p wave, it means that the atria are depolarizing at a slightly later or earlier than the ventricle which is the time for the impulse to travel back up from the ventricles to the atria... namely AVRT.. but in case of AVNRT.. the atria and ventricles are depolarizing at the very same time and thus you wont see a p wave.. its embedded in the QRS complex.

I got 7 right but we dont use some of the same terms in the US...AVRT would probably be called SVT or Atrial Fibrillation depending on the rate....SVT =150bpm and above

I disagree with the A-Fib, that looked more like an accelerated ventricular rhythm. There were no signs of fibrillation on the isoelectric line. I know AVR wasn't an option. Help.

I know a lot of these ECGs are challenging - especially given that there are only seconds to make a decision! It is AF - the fibrillation of the isoelectric line can sometimes be very fine to the point that it is imperceptible on the ECG. I think about this one as being Irregularly-irregular narrow QRS complexes and absent atrial activity (no p waves).🙏🙂
