Dapat may fair value din ng tax depende sa income ng may Ari. Or kapag señior citizen ma exempt na. May Kilala ako na Yung pension nila Hindi pa sapat sa monthly expense tapos mag babayad pa nito. Nag pundar sila ng lupa at bahay para may matirahan after retirement. Hindi naman lahat pinalad sa pension nila or Hindi napag handaan ng tama.mas ok na mas mataas ang amelyar sa income generating property kesa sa personal use. Na tax ka na pag bili mo tapos yearly may tax ka pa.

Hello po. Ibang topic po. Atty. Raymond Batu, sana po mapansin. :) Yung dalawang parents na buhay pa, meron silang dalawang anak. Magkakaron na sila ng donation ng ancestral house, pero napagkasunduan nila na kay kuya na mapupunta. Yung bunso hindi na niya kukunin ang parte niya. Gagawa po siya ng general renunciation of inheritance. Q1. Mapupunta na po ba sa kuya ang buong property na walang donnors tax sa part ni bunso? Q2. Hindi po ba mapupunta sa mga anak ni bunso or sa lolo kung buhay pa?

Hindi naman mapunta sa Kuya kung renounce na ng bunso ang inheritance niya, hating kapatid naman ang property Hindi naman ma punta sa mga anak ni bunso dahil gumawa na si bunso ng renunciation, probably sa Lolo mapunta ang property.

Atty Gud am, di po kmi nkapag bayad ng maybe 8yrs Sa lupa nmin since my mom passed away, so nsa abroad po ako ngaun, at nlaman Ko po na May amnesty na ung tinatawag na 10yrs back, sabi ng employees ng aming municipyo wala na daw po ung 10yrs back, kc po cnbi Ko na mg 10yrs back nlng po ako dahil dko po alam kung kelan ngbayad ang nanay Ko dahil wala po ung mga receipts at ung computation nila mgbayad kmi ng 11yrs plus penalties na kinuha Sa assessed value. So in my case po ba paano po ung pgbayad nmin kung pgpalagay po ntin na di po kmi ngbayad ng 10yrs at ano po ung formula when paying the penalties. Tnx po

Kaya mas mataas ang BIR kasi m as suwapang sila, at dyan naggagaling ang simot ng national govt pag kelangan ng pera whether legit or not. I just hope their conscience would be awaken to the fact na di naman komo may lupa kang namana mayaman ka na. Mangyayari mapipilitan ibenta para lang makabayad sa amilyar. Sana pinag isipan din naman nila ng maigi. Or beke nemen pikit mete sele lahat.

Atty. is sec. 30 of RA 12001 pertains to the tax we have to pay at the office of the treasurer in the municipality? When i asked the said office, sabi nila sa BIR daw ‘yung amnesty. Nag compute pa rin sila ng penalty even after the effectivity of RA 12001.

Attorney, tama po ba ang intindi ko? Still may Real Property Tax pa rin. Pero kung yung may ari ng ari arian as stated, na hindi pa nababayaran ang RPT at delinquent na, at gustong bayaran, bale ang babayaran na lang nila ay yung mismong RPT, tanggal na ang Surcharges, Penalties & Interests? Tama po ba?

Gud pm po Atty.. Retired government employee po ako.. nakakuha po ako ng Housing Loan thru GSIS payable within 25 yrs.. natapos ko n po un 25 yrs.. pero di pa po binibigay Ng GSIS ang title.. kailangan ko n din po ba magbayad ng sinasabi nung tax kahit wala pkong title..

Hi Atty. Since we are in the topic of real property taxes, may I suggest a topic which you may want to discuss which are Sections 194 and 270 of the Local Government Code (RA 7160). Section 194 states that “Local taxes, fees, or charges shall be assessed within five (5) years from the date they became due. No action for the collection of such taxes, fees, or charges, whether administrative or judicial, shall be instituted after the expiration of such period:”. However, from my experience, a lot of LGUs disregard this provision of the local government code and assesses the taxpayer who has more than 5 years delinquency to pay the actual number of years that he is delinquent. And when I pointed out this particular provision of the local govt code, I was told to pay in full the assessed tax but under protest. If I apply for a tax amnesty under RA 12001 and the assessor insists on assessing the total number of years in excess of the 5 years that is delinquent, what would be my best course of action? Thank you.

Good day attorney, nakabili kami ng lupa during the 1990s, conjugal namin siya nabili pero ang lumabas sa title is name ng husband ko and information na 'married to' me.
