So the main thing is that - the BCI doesn't recognize distance LLB coz court procedures can't be learnt through distance mode. But what about the court employees i.e the staffs. Most of the bench clerks are quite experienced when it's about practical observations or direct handling of the cases. I think BCI should consider about recognizing distance mode LLB done by the court employees who're graduate and have at least 3-4 years experience of working inside the courts.

for part time LLB, an extra 6 months can be added for a mandatory court or advocate supporting staff type internship to observing court procedures etc. I think legal action should be taken to reverse this ruling of BCI Do respond

Of course, you will get a degree after you pass all the required exams. I think the system of education is very poor in India. The board or any other organization that controls and makes laws for getting education for those who are unable to attend the law classes on campus. What a stupid idea that any person who passes LL.B. through correspondence or on-line is not eligible for becoming a lawyer or advocate. In the United States, Abraham Lincoln was a famous lawyer through he had no law degree. The supervisors who control any board of education are mentally insane, and do not have any brain to think for the future of the Indian students.
