Have perri amd Reese heard of Anna mcnulty she did all star cheer from 10 -18 and was a level 6 shew as a flyer like perri and also suoer flexible like perri Anna is now a self taught contortionist at 21 she can do a 270 degree needle and a wall split all the way to the floor and a triple fold and she has a KZbin channel she posts weekly on she also has a ton of stretch tutorials for flexibility and workout routines and even tutorials for tumbling skills
