Heck yeah, the sequel! Thank you for playing the second Liminal Gallery 2. Since last time, the map has definitely evolved into much more than the title suggests and I’m happy that you enjoyed this as well. The previous gallery was actually the first map I ever made in gmod and I probably never would have done that without finding your channel. Admittedly the first map was not that good, but ever since it’s release, hundreds of hours of work went into the sequel. It feels incredible to finish your project and actually get the result you’ve been hoping for all this time. Also I don’t think I’m quite done with hammer, so I guess we’re going for a trilogy? Liminal Gallery: Return of Philip? Liminal Gallery: After dark? And by the way you missed my favorite jumpscare in the “voidspaces hotel” you should check it out

The room with the pyramid and the half-built sets made my heart stop when you walked in- it looks just like a dream I had once, a pyramid in a sort of giant hangar, and a bunch of sets built around it in a ring, all for individual one-room shows being filmed at the same time. 9:34 actually, my parents apartment have curtians instead of doors, i didn't have any doors from the moment we moved out our own home, not for bedooms, nor for bathroom or toilet room, even now the only doors in apartment are balcony door and entrance door, that's very uncomfortable, because if you just want some privacy, or scared of the outside of your room (i have a certian fear of darkness and night), you have that feeling, that everything that separates you and unwanted guests - a mere cloth piece, that could be easily swung open by whoever or whatever would feel like staring at you, easily invading your fragile safe space and if it's, for example, closed curtians of the living room entrance, they give the feeling that something could very well be in your house without you knowing and seeing it (kinda like a cat effect, they don't like closed doors for that same reason) (edit: fixed a typo; edit2: added more stuff)

Honestly I'm always impressed what people think up for these maps. This was very interestingly done and some thing genuinely surprised me like the room that turned from day to night was fascinating, so beyond "liminal" content to be inspired from but still kinda connected because I have posed the question "is this the backrooms?" This map reminds me heavily of The Stanley Parable, plus aspects of the ultra deluxe additions. Due to it starting fairly mundune then you end up find things like backstage designs, unfinished locations, outdoor stuff indoors, and I mean you could say carrying around a watermelon is a security blanket somewhat like a certain bucket ends up being in Parable. The sarcastic, controlling, an sometimes dark narrator has just been replaced with everyone's favorite Librarian.
