Every time David says "or are you going to LIST it?" - he tucks his chin down to his chest and raises his eyes skyward. 🙄 Not to be outdone - whenever Hilary mentions the interior space where you park your car, she calls it a "GAIR-idge". Ya gotta love these two!

My biggest complaint about this show was the episode where the husband required a full on basketball court, and needed the entire attic for his clothing. Like for real, grow up.

Love Hilary and David.....but why do the homeowners gets p’d off at Hilary for the repairs discovered and needed.....and David for showing a home with a pink bathroom....really, no one ever heard of paint? Weird and at times, some homeowners are very rude! Both David and Hilary remain very patient and professional ! When I looked at a home (new/old ), and finally decided on one....it was safety inspected by me and a professional from top to bottom! Any hidden (crap) was dealt with in price or repair , before purchase. Never once did I comment on previous owners’ choice of colour.

Love the show! Wish they’d film it in other places though. Tired of the same types of homes one would find in North Carolina etc. Seen some episodes filmed in Canada but they really should travel the country more. Hilary is adorable and love David! Perfect cohosts.

The show is one of the fakest out there. Look it up. Hillary and David are actors reading scripts. Their only involvement is to film segments as instructed by the producers.

The truth is this show is as fake as house hunters. Is it a coincidence that at about 35 after the hour every episode she has the same shocking discovery that she is over budget? Coincidence that EVERY episode they only like the last hose he shows them and never the first or second one ? Oh and if you dont want to know the truth about the scripted ending - every episode they have the couples taped saying they love it AND list it. Then the decision is made later which decision to use .. this way they don’t have all the couples saying “love it” cuz that would take the guessing away ..

Yeah, honestly why does that matter?? She is honestly a lot better at renovations than I would ever be, and even when they make mistakes, what she does so is pretty amazing. Her gender identity and/or orientation has absolutely nothing to do this show. Grow up.
