@@TheLittleGuyTrucker not a “Karen” when it’s true. More trucking companies have shut down in the last year than in the last 5 years and rates have been trash for years. Unless companies can guarantee pay it’s not worth it to go OTR when local companies are more stable with hourly pay

Sounds good but what makes this company differenf then the thousands of others with trucks and a leased office building? The real question drivers should be asking is how much contract freight doesn the company have? If little or none and its deoending on spot market run far. Spot market is at the bottom of the barrel you dont have a company that runs strictly spot market. Virtually anybody can do that buy a truck and pull off load boards. Let ne know how much contract freight and how much drop and hook you got.
