Of all the local project videos I've watched, the pretentious factor of this one is near the top of the scale. I know that architects sometimes use enigmatic phrases to make a space sound more interesting, but this lady takes the cake.

Love the invironmental approach and the design. It feels smart, modern yet friendly and cosy.

My favourite Local Project house I’ve seen! Nina you did a wonderful job! So peaceful, not too big or loud, a place to retreat and hide away. The glass colours are playful and uplifting. Love the curves and the feeling this space and setting induces. A place heal and seek refugee in this frantic world. Lovely sound and videography 👏. Beautiful 🙏🏻

There's something almost child-like in this home, almost as if my kid self has seen something playful and fun like it in a dream before. Simply spectacular, truly an emotive building.

I definitely thought the inside of the colorful hallway was going to be a lot more vibrant, but the colors being washed out makes it so much more inviting

The home's design is interesting and beautiful, especially the unique internal and external massing. The skylights bring to mind the glass panels at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. To me, the drone shot at 3:33 really stands out. As a kid, it would have been a dream to play wiffle ball on that lawn.

Shaped by the site? I dont get it, the site is huge. Corridors having the best view instead of using that place for the bedrooms. Sorry, but not a good design for me.

I really enjoy these new videos that don’t focus on a brand such as the appliances or hardware. I feel like it distracts from the architecture when 1/3 of the video is basically an advertisement for a brand.
@thelalanz735 күн бұрын
These brand representations pay for these videos. Otherwise they couldn't afford to produce them. Hiring people to film and edit etc doesn't come cheap.

Bit impractical for me, not sure it works. No hallway and straight into a lounge is a big no for funtioality. Main bedroom is very small, don't like the water outside either or the glass tbh but im glad they like it and it ias certainly orignal but totally impractical

this is not a "small house", maybe small by the measures of big land in the most expensive neighborhood... but hey, it's just a nice vacation home for the rich anyway, who cares

Hard to know what to make of this. It's pretty underwhelming, and all the pretentious environmental speak of Anker just adds to the absurdity of it. Anker seems comically serious throughout, like she's doing God's work, when in fact she's making a quite mediocre building like it's some descendent stepchild of Goethe. This one is a miss for me. I could do much, much better on such a beautiful property

Get real. This house is ugly and would only be appreciated by architects. To build with beauty and sustainability in mind, build neoclassical architecture using stone walls and a slate shingled roof. Such a building would not only be beautiful, but last even 1000 years. Her “sustainable” building will be torn down by the next owner.

Ive seen a lot of houses in this site. This home resonated with me. Robert Downey Jr lives in a round Binishell, and this is similar in shape. Being a huge fan of Monolithic Domes (out of Italy, TX), this home has such connected details for the environment and its inhabitants. I wish I could tour this wonderful space in person.
