We know them. The point was the hotel shouldn't be giving out our details to anyone who asks. They could have been strangers. So we mentioned that to the hotel and they upgraded us

Ahhh I’m so excited for your trip away! We stayed at The Clayton before our honeymoon in 2019. We weren’t too impressed, our room was a bit dirty and the toilet seat as well as suitcase rack was hanging off the wall! Glad you got an upgrade though!👌

In the U.S. you can get Banana Boat dry balance quick dry sun block at 50+SPF. I found it this year and it's amazing. Drys instantly and you can't feel that you are wearing sun block. I'll never use another sun block again.

i have stayed at the clayton hotel, which was formerly bewleys hotel around 5 times, only stayed at crownplaza next door once. i prefer the clayton by far. the food and drinks are so much cheaper here. when i stayed on crowne plaza we actually went to the clayton to eat. rooms and beds are nicer too.
