At 8:45 , as you say, it's unwise to be stuck behind a vehicle that's turning right. I've experienced a vehicle showing no indication, then all of a sudden, they put on their indicator. . .too late when you are stuck behind them and their late signal!! . . 😡

I was just looking for a comment like this. I've had the same thing - except they waited until the lights turned green to even start indicating and then didn't pull far enough forward to even let anyone else fully through before the lights turned red again (I've seen people turn right in the same place since and it turns out there's a lot more room than even i realised that time that that happened, and I've never even turned right there - suffice it to say that done properly, there is more than enough room to let people past)

It is dreadful that people won't adjust their speed & distance when it is bad weather. My brother drove to work in Bristol along the M4, 5 days a week, for over 3 years. He ended up with high blood pressure: saw at least 1 accident a week ( actually happen), people would drive at 60 mph+ eating a bowl of cereal or toast, putting on makeup, reading a newspaper over the steering wheel or work documents and of course using a mobile no "hands free". They were often in the right hand lane as well.

so many drivers (or should I say road users) don't drive to the conditions - whether that is because of the weather, or because traffic is heavy or there are blind junctions, etc. And that's without said distractions. I ride a motorcycle (I'm no perfect myself) and I don't go a ride without thumbing down some idiot (and that includes pedestrians!).

13:45 MOT passed September 2023 but Audi engineers thought why stop at discouraging blinker use when you can also make flaky electrics for the other lights too to fail between MOTs :) 9:20 phone is easier to hear while on loudspeaker mode compared the quieter regular mode. Loudspeaker likely on bottom of phone too compared regular mode speaker is only at top, so makes sense to hold bottom to ear. Of course bluetooth would make even more sense 3:20 Nissan is being awkward because you were by not giving her priority just to save yourself seconds.

So using indicators isnt a requirement, its a courtesy. You can get done for not using your indicators when deemed necessary, but regarding the clip 13:20 ish, he didnt need to indicate. There was nothing oncoming, and there was nothing behind him. Who was he supposed to be indicating to? Its necessary to tell people where your going, if theres nobody there to tell you dont need to do it.
