I definitely can relate to the knee issue, I have the same thing and I just started about 3 months ago working to get it stronger and lost 16 lbs in the process! Thats so amazing that youre running again. I also had long covid for so long and am obsessed with fashion😅 we have a lot in common..great vlog I love all the looks! ❤❤
