Day 3: 30 Crunches, 30 Second Plank, 20 Leg Raises Do the whole sequence four times. Not sure what kind of crunches they want nor how far the leg raises should go, but that's what their download of the program says.

sprints on the spot 10 seconds 4 sets kneeling jumps 3 sets of 6 reps broad jumps 3 sets of 6 reps lat bounds 3 sets of 6 on each leg foot fires 4 sets 20 secs

Breax prolly cos i started with like less than. 20 inch vert. if u had higher than that if he super surprised if u got an inch every day cos that’s like impossible. i’d understand 2-3 inches throughout the whole thing or even half of it but everyday HOLY

@@someshkharat5667 Yes! I don't remember measuring my vertical at the end, but it was definitely a noticable increase. I should probably do it again because I haven't been working out

I don’t really get day 3. In the PDF it says -ABS/STRETCH/RECOVER -AB CURCUIT (4 total sets) -30 Crunches/30 Second Planc/20 Leg Raises The last one is self explanatory... but I don’t get the first two. Cheers for the help. Great work out plan so far 🙏🤟🤜🏼💪🏻💪🏻

DQH Vlogs stagger ur kneeling jump in the beginning. Then after a while you'll be able to do them. I had trouble with them too but after one and a half weeks I could do them with ease

Hi, nice videos. I think this will help me jump higher. I am going to the gym every day. I want to incorporate this plyo training in my strength training. 4 day split. Monday upper body, Tuesday leg, Wednesday rest Thursday upper body Friday leg and Saturday Sunday active rest day. Can I do it with my workout? If yes, is it better to do it before or after my workout?
