Constructive Criticism: There was alot of focus on not being ashamed of "wanting" but the question was how can she increase the amount of sex they're having. I would have loved to hear specific suggestions that she could have taken to have more sex in her marriage not just repeated philosphoical ideas of empowerment.

I don’t think the vow renewal is superficial at all. It’s an act of reclamation and growth. It’s literally Liss reclaiming her power, and demonstrating her growth and evolution as a confident woman. It’s Liss rewriting a narrative that’s kept her in mental and emotional bondage for too long... the narrative that she had to people please and walk in fear of other’s opinions of her; that she had no voice to assert herself and express self-agency; that she had to be a shrinking violet instead of walking tall as the protagonist in her own story. Having done the self-work to get to this place of confidence and assertiveness and self-awareness is HUGE and certainly worth celebrating!!
