You had me at the lily pond and ferns. And then at the room, with all the napping places! As an insomniac, I survive on NAPS. And there was a bed, a big comfy chair ( salute to the Spanish Inquisition) a couch, a big bench and outside there was a lovely big covered patio lounger, a couple of other loungers, a couch. Napping places! I simply cannot stress the importance of napping places enough! And all the lovely GREEN!!!!!

I was in Phuket in 2008 for 3 weeks during December festival season. It was 6 star hotel. Everything was ultimate paradise. During festival season evenings everything was so beautiful decorated with many fresh orchid flowers and lights! It was one of my most beautiful holiday memories!

Again a resort in the natural environment, a perfect place for holidaying with majestic amenities as if it's your own Villa. At low tide the sea is like a shabby place.

Wow, everything is so gorgeous there! What a crazy difference between low/high tide. I've only seen the Rosewood in Baha Mar, wasn't as impressed with it as this.

That location was like another dimension! The amount of space between objects like cooking stations, dining tables, pillars and such created such a sense of depth and breadth! Was it like that for you? Beautiful video and beautiful place!💎👸🏾

Hi, absolutely a stunning hotel complex, even among other 5 star hotels in Phuket area. So well thought and designed, with strong sustainability aspect on building and running the place. You, as leading luxury travel expert, deliver very well your Brand Promise. Expect one thing in the end.... 'travelling with a budget (tips)' . There is nowhere any mentioning on prices or savings to be achieved. Except Virtuoso. Well, maybe you should skip that sentence away in the end? Otherwise no complaints : your work is top notch. Absolutely stunning, although the beach was disappointing for its unsightly low tide, but also for the fact that there are no beach chairs! I would never book a beach vacation and pay that much, to be expected to lay down directly on the sand all day. But the rest of the resort is stunning.

You’re quite correct in characterizing that beach as poor quality during low tide! One question to you: is the water quality at the beach acceptable? The reason I ask is that a colleague of mine once described Phuket as “a sewer“. I suspect she’s referring to the more public, touristy areas, however.
