My favorite period of Alain Johannes is the band "What Is This", with the great Hillel Slovak (first guitar player of the Red Hot Chili Peppers)... Than I really love the band "Eleven"... Alain is a great artist !

@JHo4God Ok, I agree with the fact that Alain doesn't get enough attention. He deserves WAY more. That said , Dave isn't overrated at all. If you knew anything about drumming , you would knew all his work in this band Is unique. Both are different artists. Both are legends in their way.

tbh i think the only thing that could be weird here is the 6th string which could be tuned into G, because of some of the TCV songs are like that..but other than that i think this is pretty standard..Alain Johannes is just insane

No it certainly isn't. I believe Alain uses rare, unique tunings, like he does in his solo album.
