Ahhhh the hideaway... Most special place in tenerife to me I went out in 2001 to join up with a good friend of mine who sadly is no longer with us and for a short time I lived in one of his flats that were next to the hideaway that blew up in the gas explosion we always met for beers at the hideaway when dave and vickey a couple from reading owned it!

Ive just come back from Adeje .. There's a homeless guy living in a cave ( never got to meet him ) . i saw him picking up cig dimps... I went to the shop and bought him a load of cigs and a lighter , stuck them in a bag on threw them into the cave entrance ( access was tricky ) .. Would love to have seen his face when he found his gift .. Near to Roca Negra ( H10 Atlantic Sunset )

Lee the area I was telling you about were the local restaurants & tapas bars was by the old church you passed on your stroll. Next time you go to Tenerife try a couple. You won’t be disappointed. Was the L shaped hotel at the end still called Arona Grande. I know all bars and restaurants have been closed by the government on the mainland. What about the canaries??i gather your in the UK anything on the cards. If so Enjoy Tony.

Hello lee an update on Gran Canaria today all shops and restaurants closed , it’s like a ghost town in san Agustin, very difficult to see how new tourists could come . Another fantastic hotel is Parque Santiago 3 or 4. Right next to each other in the heart of Playa Da las Americas. Amazing pool and right on the beach. Only Self Catering unfortunately, but spoilt for choice with bars, restaurants in Tenerife.. 👍👍

You will literally spend a whole entire day there! The food options are brilliant aswell 👍 not just your usual burger/hot dog waterpark type food.. And plenty of individual bars 😁
