Seer is a better blood in team composition. He makes reviving and healing a hassle especially if they gibby dome to reset he can just cancel their heals. He also scans them for 8 seconds, keep in mind that bloods is only 3 seconds. Seer also has a perm scan with his tactical which is not as loud as a bloodhound scan and dosen't give the enemys a huge notification so seer can has a higher chance of sneaking up on unaware enemies. Only thing going for blood now is their ult but why do you need a speed increase in a comp when you can have a character with perm scan and interrupt abilites, revives and heals in action.

I don’t think any TTV will play mirage even if he does get buffed, all he does currently is make decoys and go invisible for a few seconds, that’s it.

Fun Fact: Mirage is actually a great counter against seer, since just like bloodhound whenever he get scanned all of the decoys also get scanned(EVEN HEALTH BARS SHOW UP ABOVE THE DECOYS HEADS). Sure, his tactical deals damage which may reveal the real one, but overall he's good counter and may even be a small little buff for our boi mirage. #buffmirage

Now personally, I think seer is a bit on the harder side as far as for noobs goes. His ultimate is entirely movement based, and seeing so many enemies means that the noob in question could be overwhelmed. His tactical requires a lot of skill to use efficiently, seeing as it disrupts enemies, it still requires timing to pull off if you have really agressive teammates, or if your defensive and campy squadmates need to know where to set up. His passive also is kind of wack, since it shows multiple heartbeats at once, many noobs can struggle on focusing which heartbeat to pay attention to, and figuring out that they can ads without a gun.
