Для устранения водонасыщения монолита используют гидрофобизатор. Это уберёт мостки холода и в помещении будет тепло, а теплоноситель будет работать не отвлекаясь на потерю тепла. Построение фальшстены не плохое решение, но и там нужно предусмотреть конвекцию воздуха. Иначе будет расти плесень. А это болезни, и в последующем неизбежная астма и смерть.

Халтурщики! Где запенивание всех полостей и оштукатуривание капитальной стены? Где фунгицидная обработка? Почему сверху прикрепились не к бетонному потолку а к обшивке фальшпотолка? Дальше между стенами будет грибок, одной пароизоляцией тут не поможешь
