I was in my Freshman year of highschool and had a crush with a girl who was a foreigner, I always saw her on the school bus, she looked very reserved and out of my league of course and I dont know how but I discovered this song in those years and I felt identified like it was my soundtrack, then I started to follow this Band called the maine, I never talked to this girl, when I wanted to do it in my senior year I found out that she had moved to another city. This song gives memories of my highschool, great times, thank you the maine.

Man, what nostalgia. The music video to this song came out 2010 (11 years ago). I was a brooding emo kid then, with my hair all ironed out and waxed to one side, studded belts with faded skinny jeans, and a black shirt that was a size or two smaller than it should've been. I remember I had this song on repeat for literal months. Fast forward to today and I still get chills. My former heroes have all visibly aged but they still make me feel like that same emo kid who had no other problems in the world but what colors Vans to wear.
