Humanity is [light years] away from space exploration. We currently lack the technology to build ships that can travel like jets to the moon and back. Two astronauts are *stranded in our orbit* and are facing difficulties returning to Earth. Elon Musk is delusional if he thinks we are prepared for space travel to Mars. Such a mission would be a one-way ticket to certain death. Even if they manage to reach Mars, survival would be impossible due to the lack of oxygen, plant life, or water. It's just a barren red rock. We should focus on establishing a city on the moon first to demonstrate that sustaining life on such a desolate planet is even feasible.
