The marching band made some changes to the overture music, which did include a bit of their "touchdown music" that is played when they fire off the fireworks on a touchdown. The next part of the overture was the famous opening that had been in that band for so many years (probably since the 1980s!).

I also know they do the "Darth Vader" theme everytime a football team opponent has to give up the ball after a "three and out", usually through a punt.

Another change, but the tradition still remains--fireworks shoot off at 2 parts of their version of the "National Anthem". But this time, this famous anthem is part of the pre-game, much earlier, within the 12-minute thing. They usually do that very close to kick off time.

They dismantled the Chief, so the famous "Three In One" is without the chief but this "most famous of college football marching bands" still try to keep its pomp and pageantry nevertheless. They made their first school song!
