How Do I Use Zoho CRM Territory Management?

How can we make sure that users in a particular territory can only see the users which that territory has in owner and other users dropdown, right now it shows all users in organization.

hi, question. I created Lead and at the same time Accounts (type: prospect) with same details - will it affect the analytics?

It shouldn't. When you convert the lead, you will be asked if you want the lead to go under the existing account or a new one - assuming the Account Name in the lead matches exactly to the Account Name in the Accounts module.
