The consecutive trophyless seasons are a result of playing players out of position. Swapping Dybala and Müller would've gotten both of them to a suitable position (Dybala is left footed, can play as a RW), and Kanté a little bit down to his CDM position.

I remade UDINESE from 2017 to 2020 and now have an 86 rated team or so :D on Fifa 15. Won the double, the treble and made Trapp a 91 rated player as well as Balotelli an 89!

I think you should carry over the ratings at the end of the season for example if a young player at the club grows to a say 82 where he is probably 72 he should be 82 in the next game you start

Of course if the player doesn’t end up a flop it’d be ok to keep the rating if they end up higher the next game to make it easier just carry over the ratings at the end of the season for your club preferably players that end up bad and grew in your save at the end of the season basically I’m sorry I’m saying a lot but it’s hard to explain I hope you understand and give it a chance 🙏🏻
