Didn't work for me. It's "Waiting to be repaired" forever so they force you to download the "trial" but you have to pay in the end

I think they only offer free repairs if it's an MP4 file and they charge for the rest, they've updated their website a lot since I made this video, when I made this video they were still in beta.

I managed to repair one MP4 video successfully. Then I noticed a comment somewhere on the internet which said that with the Free Basic Version, they only allow you to repair one video per day. So I left it for more than 24 hours before trying to repair another very short MP4 video. I then got the same message as you. So, as you have implied, it seems to be a con, to get you to buy the full version. I will Google for an alternative.

No, I am unsure. Maybe a bad formate? It is still beta. If they have a support team, try asking them 👍
