Wife hired the Mavericks to play for a private surprise party for me because she knows Mavericks best band there is. Private security of SpecOps veterans was needed knowing Mavericks have loyal following. People who heard Mavericks playing outside the club became Maverick fans that evening. Mavericks made this one bash everyone still talking about . Best present ever, a memory for all of us who were there. Mavericks got me some extra loving from my wife too.

I met Raul in Manhattan about 25 years ago. He was playing an intimate date. One of the nicest fellows you'll ever meet. The Mavericks from their first album I was a fan. Great singer and fantastic band..

A few months before my dad passed away unexpectedly, I had come over to visit him and mom. After a pleasant visit I began to leave and as an afterthought dad called me over to his CD collection and handed me a CD of the Mavericks Greatest Hits. He said "this guy has quite the voice, you should listen to it." That was 2005. I still have and cherish that CD today, and love the Mavericks thanks to his suggestion. My dad had a ear for great vocalists.

WOOOW… you can listen 100 times and still is just as fantastic. His voice and interpretation of each sound and melody to the Virtuoso Eddie Perez to the all other instrument Virtuoso 100% of the time through each song and the cohesiveness of the orchestra and ultra rich sounds… one of the few, very few band that sound much better live than In studio!!!!

I’ve seen a lot of bands, and none of them has more fun onstage than these guys, and it’s contagious. It doesn’t hurt that they’re all so talented. I just got to see them for the first time and I hope to see them many more. My partner got up and danced on his own and he has never done that in public in his 54 years. (I checked.) He doesn’t even dance at home. Anyone who can get this man to dance is doing something right.

Have been a follower for 30 years and they are one of the best" bring down the house bands" of all time. Saw them in the late 90's at the SD Fair Grounds in Del Mar. it was 97--98 and the album just came out and :"Bring me down" was hott i was 13. i begged my dad to take me . The show was close by in Myrtle beach ,s.c we had front row tickets . the guys had lava lamps everywhere and it looked so cool , long story short robert R and Raul came down and gave me guitar picks. what a awsome memory now im 37 and the band is still going . way cool

Sorry, but I disagree. Despite of the perfect performance by Raul, there is only one version of Blue Moon that is sung in the way it was written (kzbin.info/www/bejne/jInTl4Z-aLiaZpI). Since then, no one has ever surpassed that.

They have a tight rhythm section and give space for the others to shine during solos. Raul's singing is just a added bonus for us fans of the Mavericks. I am glad they have kept together after all these years, even with the personal changes, the core remains. If you like this show, you need to see them live and get up and dance, they welcome it as do the other fans.

We had the pleasure to be entertained by these perfectionists in Ann Arbor MI and I would in a heartbeat see them again. My wife with her siblings as well her husband's just love there music. Truly it's there passion to entertain the crowd. Every song seeded like it was the grand finally. Over 2 hrs and just wanting more. I would encourage anyone who' os a music fan to try to see them. I personally am a polish music enthusiasts along with my brothers-in-laws Mexican with the according. We took to style immediately. Well done Mavericks!

It's July 2024 and I was reminiscing with Buffy St Marie and the Mavericks came up next and I can't stop listening! Their arrangements and execution of well known and loved songs is addicting! I can't wait to hear what song will be blessed with their influence next! Absolutely unmatched by anything I've heard in my 76 years! I'm a diehard female hard rock heavy metal fan but have loved and listened to all music starting with classical, movie soundtracks,the 1920's and continuing on. Except for rap and progressive jazz. So I'm totally mesmerized by the talent of these musicians! Can a person wear out their exclamation point? I want to cry that my mother and sister are no longer here to revel in this music. Thank you Mavericks for your contributions to making this horribly troubled world a much happier place. I would love to hear what your talent could do with music from war-torn parts of the world. If only world leaders would let music guide their lives, not the need for power! I love you sooo much! Thank you for bringing brightness into a sad life. I'm sure you help everyone who hears you. First concert I’ve seen since way before the pandemic and I couldn’t have picked a better band to go see! AMAZING from start to finish! No one noticed the heat (93 degrees!) and by the encore it started to rain lightly! My Lady and I were at this concert. To say that this concert was great just does not do it justice. We have seen them 6 or 7 times in concert and this was the best so far. Perfect vocals, perfect instrumentals, and Raul and Eddie's vocals make hearing them a wonderfully entertaing evening. We'll go see them again in December when they come to Santa Fe. They just seem to get better and better every year. Keep it up guys!!

The Mavericks are INCREDIBLE.!!! I saw them on their Trampoline tour & recently in Calgary at the Stampede grounds. I love their music, musicianship & Raul Malo's voice. He's an AMAZING singer & songwriter. I love ALL OF THEIR MUSIC!!!

It was a great concert. Hot as hell but it was worth it. The Mavericks got me through Covid. Hours, and hours at my desk, compiling data. Their beat made all those long hours go by fast. Glad we made the trip to NM to see them.

First time I heard Mavericks was on radio in my car on way back from beach vacation and I almost wrecked trying to get off the road before lost the 'signal' and could listen to the radio DJ identify who I was listening to, lol! That is HOW LONG I've been a Mavericks fan! YES, I am OLD. It's still my dream to hear them live.
