Is it just me or does anyone else love Natalie's relationship with Adrian. She's really like a mother to him, trying to keep him safe from harm, and looking after him. Just when she walks into Adrian's bedroom not finding him there and starts panicking. She litterly gave GABRIEL a LECTURE to be a better father. Slay Queen 👑 💅✨️ And Adrian loves her too. Apart of him wants her to be family. And just how he felt so useless that he couldn't be any help, when he got so mad at Monarch for akumatizing her and when he felt guilty about her getting akumatised shows how much Adrian loves her. ❤️ Btw Thx maya for these analysis you do. ❤️ Your a queen 👑 for taking time out of your day to make these videos for us. ❤️

I'm wondering if Nathalie figured out Adrien is Mister Bug at the end? Before being akumatised, she said she was going after the holders instead of the Miraculous. Then after Lady Noir cataclysms all her weapons, Mister Bug heads straight to Nathalie's room, to go after her safari-suit manikin. Now only Adrien knows she had a safari suit in her room, and which manikin it was on. Lastly, it was that look she gives Adrien at the end, when he comes back to her room. She was staring death at him, for simply saying he was sorry for asking about her illness - and why she got akumatised. She replied, you didn't mean any harm, but then starred daggers at him. I kinda felt that expression was meant for Mister Bug. Like - you think I'm an idiot Adrien? Okay, I'll play your game? But then she melted as soon as he hugged her, and remembered she was still dealing with Adrien. Even if now, she greatly suspects she knows his connection to the Miraculous.

So far I am so surprised with season 5, the story lines are pretty well written and its not the regular old villain summon- hero summom- cataclysm, lucky charm- hawkmoth angry- end... It does has that but now there are more emotions in it. Each episode contributing to the story line, every episode has a new structure, new concept, new topic along with regular saving the paris .. so far passion and determination were my favorite

This is a *MINOR SPOILER* for Reunion, but the events of passion really makes me feel bad for gabe, ofc Natalie too. But for gabe it’s all or nothing now, in his POV if he fails he will fail everyone he loves and will eventually die by the cataclysm and leave adrien by himself. In reunion there’s a scene where he disappointedly comes in Natalie’s room and apologizes, not being able to look at her while saying it. It’s tragic really and I wonder how this season will play out for him and the agreste family

Hearing how Mari explained the wish to Adrien this episode really has me thinking they might set Felix and Adrien up as the whole twin senti-monsters thing only for Felix to sacrifice himself for Adrien using a wish (so like he wishes for Adrien to be made real at the cost of himself to dissapear) But honestly, I'm just so excited to finally have a real Adrien episode! The more I think about this episode, after watching the ones that came after, I keep stumbling on new things I spotted. The scene where Gabriel apologises to Nathalie, and she goes straight back to her computer - I think I know what she's working on. It's not a plan for defeating Ladybug. She's dedicating her time to making arrangements for after she passes. Nathalie knows the likelihood, Adrien could now lose both his father, and her, in short order. So would be planning how to deliver his mother's recordings to him, while making recordings of her own. To guide him, when she's not there any more. Just like Emilie guided her. Every time I see Nathalie's actions towards Adrien now, it's making more sense. She's trying to get Adrien to see himself, as separate to his father, as she won't be there to protect him any longer. Similarly, Gabriel is planning for his successor too. I wondered why he was designing a dress for Kagami's mother, at the end of Destruction and also in - was it Evolution? My initial thoughts were, he was planning to replace Nathalie, with Ms Tsurugi. Now I realise he was designing the suit he intended to give her, as the new Monarch. That's why Tsurugi is setting him up with a new way to control the Miraculous. No one will know the tech that controls the Miraculous, better than her. So next season we'll probably see Kagami's mother become the new Hawmoth, as Adrien's father, departs. While Natalie goes from helping Adrien in person, to doing so from recordings. Poor Adrien. 😭

I would call an episode good if even if we get rid of the romance aspect, the story still relevant, and i dare say this episode is a great one Adrien's relationship with Nathalie is the biggest highlight of this episode, and I actually feel for them. And then Nathalie, as Safari, said she got her own wish? Oho, we're in for a treat. I wish we got more episode that highlights family relationship, bcs i would eat that any day of the week! Overall, a solid 9/10. Cool power, cool design, family relationship, i love it.
