They are both recently qualified Chartered Accountants who completed their articles at a Big 4 audit company and stayed on for a few years as Audit Managers.
They both just relocated to London after taking audit opportunities in Banking and Capital markets in one of the big 4 firms.

Ahhh lovely content, I’m a first year CA(SA) Trainee for FR and currently rotating in WB. I saw you the other day on the second floor but I wasn’t entirely sure if it was really you 😂 but this is eye-opening as I also had the opportunity to go via the auditing route but my passion is in FS and I still believe I made the best choice for myself🥰👌🏽. It’s amazing and there’s a whole lot to learn EVERYDAY😩

Sir can i please ask ..how was he funded since he never did pure maths meaning that he didn't qualify for thuthula bursary

He was funded by NSFAS throughout undergrad, he did Bcom extended course, which is 4 years compared to 3 years due to the maths literacy. He qualified for the Thuthuka Bursary when he did CTA and was indeed funded by Thuthuka for his honours year
